A customer support representative will help you with your request. Note that products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for returns. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Items that be returned must be unused, in their original box and sealed packaging, in the same condition as when they were received, and with all TGWB tags and stickers still intact. Only manufacturing flaws may be returned for damaged goods; misuse or disregard for care instructions are not covered. You will only receive a refund for the full product value of returned goods if you have already paid and if it is approved upon inspection.No exchange of item due to change of mind.

Cash back to the Debit/Credit card: It can take up to 20 to 30 business days after products are received and approved, depending on the various payment methods.

For any return item/s, there will be a shipping fee of AED 20. In the event that you are refunded,
