Prices are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to add, edit, or remove any special offers made available on our website. We would like to inform you that some of our products may include small parts that are not appropriate for children under 3 years of age.

(A). Making a purchase order

Please read these terms and conditions and accept them before placing an order with us. You are required to follow these terms and conditions while placing any orders. If further information about our terms and conditions is needed, please email Customer Services at info@thegiftwrapboutique.com An order acknowledgement email does not mean that your order has been accepted. Order acceptance and contract formation will only occur after we have verified that your credit or debit card has been authorized for your order and have emailed you a dispatch confirmation confirming that the items you ordered have been shipped out from our warehouse. Any order you place may be rejected by us at any time. Under normal circumstances, no payment will be collected if we are unable to fulfill your purchase or accept it for any reason. Any money that has been paid to us will be returned at least within 15 to 20 days.

(B).Ownership, Risk, and Delivery

Unless there are uncontrollable circumstances, your order will be fulfilled by the expected delivery date indicated in the dispatch confirmation. We will get in touch with you with an updated anticipated delivery date if we are unable to fulfill the original one due to unforeseen circumstances. Even though we try our best to deliver all of your items by the scheduled time, we won’t be held responsible if we can’t because of uncontrollable circumstances. We will deliver the goods to the address you provide. We will follow any delivery instructions you may have provided or try to leave your products in a safe location if we are unable to deliver the products on the scheduled delivery date (for instance, if no one is at your address to accept the products). You will be responsible for the products after they are delivered. The products will only be yours after we have fully received payment for all amounts owed, including any applicable delivery fees.
